Terms & Conditions
Reservations:
All services should be booked through our Siliguri Office. In order to handle your reservations efficiently, kindly advise full details of bookings. A deposit of 50% plus domestic airfare/train fare in full is requires at the time of arrival in India or half way completion of the tour.
Cancellations:
For any cancellations of confirmed arrangements, minimum 30 days notice is required. Hotels are liable to charge cancellation fee up to 100% depending on the notice given. Under such circumstances “visitNorthEast.com” reserves the right to hold back part or total deposit to cover the costs.
Confirmation:
All reservation requests will be confirmed immediately by e-mail
Guides: “visitNorthEast.com” will provide well trained and experienced guides, fluent in English. For all transfers English speaking guides will be provided. Guides speaking other languages will be provided on request.
Tour Leaders / Guides:
Services are provided free of charge for all tour Leaders on a sharing basis for every 15 full paying passengers, excluding meals.
Hotels:
The check - out time in hotels is 1200 Hours. Late departures have to be pre -booked and an extra charge will be involved.
Payments:
All payments must be made as per the conditions mentioned above. Please mail us at info@visitnortheast.com for payment details.
Refund:
No refund or reductions will be made to any Group FIT member who does not take in any meal, sightseeing or accommodation during the course of the tour.
Insurance:
The visitors / client / pax are advised to insure themselves in their respective countries against accident, health, loss of baggage etc.
Responsibility:
“VisitNorthEast.com”, while undertaking tours, transportation, hotel accommodation and other services, act as an agent on the clear understanding that it shall not be, in any way, responsible or liable for any accident, personal injury, sickness, damage, losses, theft, robbery, loss of baggage, including negligence on the part of any person. Additional expenses on inconveniences caused in connection with the travel facilities arranged by the Company, its employs, or agent. All tours are conducted according to the program with utmost care. This agency has the right to cancel, change or alter the program due to any un-foreseen circumstances like natural disasters, land-slides, riots, traffic hold-ups or where places for visit are closed. All bookings are accepted subject to the above said conditions.
